Our firm can trace its origins back to 1868, when Mr Robert Creasey set up in practice.

This was before the Institute of Chartered Accountants was even formed in 1880, so he really was a pioneer for his professional approach to accounting.

The Chatham office was opened in 1958 and is still at the same location in Manor Road. The location may have not changed but the people and services have.

One of our current Partners joined as a trainee in 1976, when the partnership was called Creasey Son & Wickenden. He assures us that he did not know either the son or Mr Wickenden.

The multi office firm split into a number of independent firms. Our Institute dictated that the name of the firm had to consist of the current Partners names. Terry Beak and John Kemmenoe were therefore immortalised as Beak Kemmenoe. We have not looked back since.
